2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are processed by mail.
  • We will email you so you can download and print your free return label.
  • Securely pack the item and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

3. Fees & Restocking

  • Return shipping is free—we provide a prepaid return label.
  • No restocking fees apply.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
