- Items must be in new condition (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging).
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are processed by mail.
- We will email you so you can download and print your free return label.
- Securely pack the item and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
3. Fees & Restocking
- Return shipping is free—we provide a prepaid return label.
- No restocking fees apply.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 days to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
